Job Summary
The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion, and brand positioning for the company’s hair and beauty product portfolio, including crochet, braiding extensions, and natural hair products. The role combines sales leadership, digital marketing expertise, and business development strategies to increase customer acquisition, improve retention, and expand distribution channels across local and international markets. The ideal candidate is data-driven, commercially focused, and highly creative, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior in the beauty industry.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated growth strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Identify new markets, sales channels, and partnership opportunities across retail, wholesale, and distribution networks
- Drive expansion across e-commerce, social commerce, and physical retail channels
- Lead and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, salon owners, and key business partners
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across social media, influencer partnerships, and paid advertising channels
- Drive organic growth through content marketing and SEO strategies
- Analyze and optimize customer journeys across digital and offline touchpoints to improve conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and enhance user experience across sales funnels and platforms
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies, including loyalty programs and CRM-driven engagement
- Track and analyze sales, marketing performance, and customer behavior using analytics tools
- Provide regular performance reports and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships to expand distribution locally and internationally
- Collaborate with product teams on product development, pricing, and market positioning
- Monitor industry trends and drive innovation, experimentation, and growth initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- 3–6+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and business expansion
- Experience in beauty, fashion, or FMCG industry is an added advantage
- Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills
- Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, paid ads, SEO, and influencer marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Experience using CRM tools and marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking ability
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Experience in the hair/beauty industry or e-commerce is an added advantage
- Knowledge of international trade or export markets is a plus
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude) is desirable
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing or sales are an added advantage
