Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for a leading HMO. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, driving revenue, and building strategic partnerships across corporate and institutional markets.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, SME, and institutional sectors
- · Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share
- · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
- · Promote and sell HMO plans and healthcare solutions to prospective clients
- · Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids to potential clients
- · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- · Collaborate with internal teams to design customized healthcare packages
- · Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
- · Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management consulting firm (mandatory)
- · Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition
- · Strong understanding of corporate business environments and healthcare/HMO services
- · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- · Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets
- · Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
