Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for a leading HMO. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the client base, driving revenue, and building strategic partnerships across corporate and institutional markets.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, SME, and institutional sectors
  • · Develop and implement effective business development strategies to increase market share
  • · Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • · Promote and sell HMO plans and healthcare solutions to prospective clients
  • · Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and bids to potential clients
  • · Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • · Collaborate with internal teams to design customized healthcare packages
  • · Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets
  • · Monitor sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports


Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a management consulting firm (mandatory)
  • · Proven track record in business development, sales, or client acquisition
  • · Strong understanding of corporate business environments and healthcare/HMO services
  • · Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • · Ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets
  • · Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • · Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
