Job Summary
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Growth & Strategy Officer to lead business expansion initiatives across a diversified portfolio spanning financial services, real estate, capital management, and related sectors.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new revenue streams, developing and executing growth strategies, and strengthening the organization’s market position. This role requires a strong blend of analytical thinking, commercial acumen, and execution capability.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives
- Drive revenue growth across multiple business units and sectors
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments
- Build and manage strategic relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, finance) to execute growth initiatives
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new products and services
- Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize strategies for improved outcomes
- Prepare business proposals, investment cases, and executive reports
- Provide strategic insights to senior management for decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage)
- 5–10 years of experience in strategy, business development, or growth roles
- Proven experience within financial services, real estate, investment, or related industries
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and execute business strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment
- Strong leadership, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities
