We are seeking a customer-focused Contact Centre Agent to manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and deliver excellent service across all communication channels.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Provide accurate information on products and services
  • Resolve complaints and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions
  • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements
  • BSc (Minimum of 2:2)
