Job Summary

The Chief Treasury Officer will oversee treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk strategy for a diversified financial services organization. This role is critical in ensuring optimal capital structure and financial sustainability.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement treasury strategies and policies

  • Manage liquidity, cash flow, and investment portfolios

  • Oversee banking relationships and funding strategies

  • Monitor financial risks including interest rate and currency exposure

  • Ensure efficient capital allocation and financial planning



Requirements
  • Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • Professional certification (CFA, ACT, ICAN, ACCA)

  • 10–15 years treasury or financial management experience

  • Strong analytical and risk management skills

Preferred

  • Experience in financial institutions or investment firms

  • Knowledge of capital markets and structured finance
