We are seeking an experienced Chief Legal Officer to provide strategic legal guidance across a diversified financial services group. The role involves overseeing legal risk, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance across multiple business units.

• Lead the company’s legal strategy and ensure regulatory compliance

• Advise executive leadership on legal risks and business decisions

• Oversee contracts, litigation, and corporate governance matters

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and industry standards

• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies

• LLB and BL qualification; LLM is an advantage

• Minimum of 12–18 years legal experience, preferably in financial services

• Strong expertise in corporate, commercial, and regulatory law

• Proven leadership experience in a senior legal role

• Experience in banking, insurance, or asset management

• Membership in relevant legal associations
